The announcement of "physical intelligence" as a commercial category at CES 2026 by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang precipitated a $400B+ market definition event. We document the prior art landscape establishing Artofficial Technologies' patent portfolio — filed January 2026, predating the CES announcement — as the foundational IP for physical intelligence systems. The portfolio covers three non-overlapping claims: manifold reduction, physics-based reward systems, and ternary quantum diode architectures.
